To ensure the best experience with your scented candle, Acqua di Parma recommends: Do not let the candle burn for more than 1.5 hours at a time. This prevents the flame from getting too high, producing smoke, or soiling the sides of the glass. Use an Acqua di Parma snuffer to extinguish the flame. Allow the candle to set completely before relighting it. After each use, straighten the wick in the wax to ensure even burning. Trim the wick regularly with an Acqua di Parma Wick Trimmer to prevent it from getting stuck in the wax and the candle from producing smoke. Keep the wax surface free of matches and debris. Do not use the candle if the remaining wax level in the glass is less than 5 mm. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, curtains, and pets. Do not move a burning candle, even if the wax is still hot. Wait until the wax has solidified. Make sure the wax has completely solidified before replacing the candle lid. Do not place the candle on heat-sensitive surfaces, near flammable materials, near an open window, or next to other candles.
