Apply the primer under your foundation to maximize your radiance, or on its own to create a perfect skin surface. Apply a pearl-sized amount of TOUCHE ÉCLAT BLUR PRIMER to the back of your hand. Using the YSL FOUNDATION BRUSH or your fingers, apply from the center of the face outwards with gentle movements. Allow the primer to absorb into the skin for 10 seconds before applying foundation.
