Follow the safety instructions for safe
use of the device: Never touch the plug with wet hands.
Ensure that the power socket is always accessible so that the plug can be unplugged when necessary.
Never immerse the appliance, the power cord, or the plug in water or other liquids.
Never use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance has been dropped or otherwise damaged.
The power cord is intentionally short to prevent accidents. Do not use extension cords.
Never pull the power cord to remove the plug from the socket.
Protect the power cord from contact with sharp edges.
This appliance contains grounding solely for functional purposes.
In the event of a malfunction, never attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Switch off the appliance, unplug it from the power socket, and contact technical customer service.
If the plug or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced exclusively by technical customer service to avoid any risk.
Keep packaging materials (plastic bags) out of the reach of children.
Never modify the appliance.
Never attempt to extinguish flames or a fire with water. Switch off the appliance, unplug it from the power socket, and smother the flames with a cover or blanket made of non-combustible material.
Never leave the appliance unattended during operation.
Before using the appliance, always ensure that the mixing bowl is correctly inserted and locked in place.
Never remove the mixing bowl while the appliance is in operation.
Never remove or replace accessories when the safety lock is released (motor head lowered).
Never remove mixing or kneading tools while the appliance is in operation.
Avoid contact with moving parts during operation. Never place hands, hair, clothing, spatulas, or other objects near the mixing or kneading tools or accessories to prevent personal injury or damage.
Never exceed the maximum capacity of the mixing bowl.
Always use only the mixing and kneading tools and accessories supplied or approved by the manufacturer. The use of non-original components, tools, or accessories may cause injury or damage to the appliance.
Do not place any objects on the appliance.
Never place the appliance near switched-on gas or electric cookers, inside an oven, or near heat sources.
Ensure that no foreign objects are present in the appliance. Insert the mixing tools into the bowl containing the food before switching on the appliance.
This manual contains the necessary instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and operations recommended by the manufacturer. Any other intervention must be carried out by an authorized customer service representative.
Instructions for proper cleaning of the appliance are provided in the section “Cleaning and Maintenance”.
This appliance must not be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless they are supervised or instructed in the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Electrical Connection
Ensure that the voltage and frequency of the power supply correspond to the information on the rating plate located on the bottom of the appliance.
If the plug of the appliance is not compatible with the socket, contact technical customer service to have it replaced.
Children must not play with this appliance.
Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children.
Always unplug the appliance when it is left unattended and before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
Before changing accessories or approaching moving parts during use, switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply.
Intended Use
Failure to observe the safety instructions and operating instructions for the stand mixer may result in improper use of the appliance and consequently lead to personal injury.
Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those for which it is designed.
The stand mixer is intended exclusively for mixing, whipping, and kneading solid and liquid ingredients for the preparation of various recipes.
In combination with optional accessories, the appliance can be used to produce various pasta shapes.
The appliance is not intended for operation with external timers or remote control systems.
Use the appliance only indoors and protect it from weather conditions.
The appliance is intended for household use or similar applications, such as:
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other working environments;
bed and breakfast establishments and agritourism facilities;
use by guests in hotels, motels, and residential environments.
Other uses, such as in restaurants, bars, and cafés, are considered improper.
Warning
Insert the plug into a properly installed and legally compliant grounded socket.
The appliance must only be connected to and operated using a grounded socket.
Do not use adapters.
Do not use extension cords.
Failure to observe these instructions may result in serious injury, electric shock, or death.
Warning
Never operate the mixing tools without first inserting the bowl.
Warning
Before lifting the motor head with a mixing tool installed in the lower attachment, remove the splash guard.
Warning
For safety reasons, the speed control must be set to position “0” (OFF) after any interruption of the power supply (e.g., if the motor head is raised or the plug is removed) before restarting the appliance.
Ensure that the speed control is set to position “0” (OFF) before pressing the motor head release button.
Warning
Never touch the mixing tools during operation.
Never switch on the stand mixer with a mixing tool installed and an empty bowl.
Appliance Heating
The upper part of the motor head may become warm after prolonged use. This is generally not an indication of a malfunction.
Cleaning Warnings
Do not clean the appliance using steam cleaners.
When cleaning steel parts or metal-coated surfaces, do not use products containing chlorine, ammonia, or bleach.
Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents.
Do not use rough, abrasive materials or sharp-edged metal scrapers.
Components, mixing tools, and accessories should be cleaned regularly after each use.
