Before applying the recommended cream, massage 4 to 5 drops of serum into cleansed skin on the face, neck, and décolleté using gentle, upward motions.

As an intensive treatment: Twice daily, morning and evening, for a period of 28 days.

For regular care: 2 to 3 times a week, in the morning and/or evening, depending on how well the desensitization is progressing.
