   STEP 1 - REDEFINE: Place your thumbs under your chin and press along the jawline. Repeat 6 times. STEP 2 - LIFT: Press upwards from the jawline to below the cheekbones. Repeat 6 times. STEP 3 - CONTOUR: Press the middle fingers at the start of the eyebrows (3 seconds) and stroke along the bones under the eyes to the temples. Repeat 6 times.
