First, use the spoon provided to mix the scrub thoroughly—oil and salt formulations separate in the jar, but this does not affect the quality of the product. Stirring increases the volume of the product as the ingredients combine; the jars have extra space to accommodate this.
Apply a small amount of the scrub to wet skin and massage in circular motions. Focus on rough areas such as elbows, knees, and heels. Rinse thoroughly. Use once or twice a week. Be careful when showering, as the oils can make surfaces slippery.
