Kilian Hennessy's inspiration:
Inspired by the city of PARIS, KILIAN presents PARIS Fièvre Verte by KILIAN, an ode to the legendary Parisian liqueur: absinthe. The fragrance pays homage to the traditional French "happy hour" in the early evening, when absinthe was served on sugar in a glass. The sugar was slowly and ritually stirred with a spoon until the liquid turned a pastel green. This shade reappears in Fièvre Verte by KILIAN, a completely natural color: delicate like the Parisian fog or a Van Gogh painting brought to life.

The perfume:
An absinthe essence opens Fièvre Verte by KILIAN, followed directly by a nostalgic heart note of violet leaves and licorice root absolute. The base note reveals a unique and exquisite patchouli facet that resonates throughout the fragrance and blends with a trio of earthy woods such as vetiver and sandalwood. Fièvre Verte by KILIAN shows Paris at its best—delightful and fun-loving with its luxury and wonderful illusions.
