Active Glow is applied to bare nails without a base or top coat. Apply as many coats as you like: one coat for a natural look or two coats for a more intense result. Allow the polish to air dry for a few seconds.
Active Glow can be removed with a gentle nail polish remover such as Green™ or Green Flash™ nail polish remover.
