Remove one strip from the sachet with dry hands.

Moisten your upper teeth with your tongue.

Press the strip firmly onto your teeth and align it along your gums.

Fold the excess part behind your teeth. Moisten the strip slightly with your tongue so that it does not stick to your lip.

Repeat the entire process for your lower teeth. The strips dissolve on their own after about 15 minutes.
