Firming method
Step 1:
Massage below the jawline and lift the cheeks
Place your palms on your face, place your thumbs under your chin and run your index fingers lengthwise along the laugh lines. Now lift your cheeks by gently pressing your hands upwards towards your temples. Hold the pressure for 3 seconds.
Tilt your face upward while applying pressure to stretch and smooth the skin on your neck.
Step 2:
Massage and tighten the skin from your eyebrows to your forehead.
Tilt your head slightly downward and place 3 fingers on each eyebrow. Close your eyes. Place your head in your fingers and press your fingers firmly against it for 3 seconds.
Then, as you tilt your head forward again, slide your fingers upward as if you were lifting your eyebrows, and across your forehead to your hairline.
Hold the pressure for 3 seconds. Slowly open your eyes.
