Il Sottobosco, Italian for “undergrowth,” evokes Ermenegildo Zegna’s memories of a walk through the forests of Oasi Zegna after the rain. The damp earth releases an intense scent and conveys a sense of deep connection and grounding.

The woody-spicy fragrance opens with zesty pink pepper, unfolds the earthy texture of carrot seeds in the heart note, and lingers in the intense depth of patchouli.

The bottle, with its brown color gradient, evokes a forest floor covered in leaves. It is finished with a magnetic cap made of ash wood, stained in a dark walnut tone and embellished with a silver emblem of the ZEGNA family crest.

The packaging features a distinctive cutout symbolizing the 232 Road Brand Mark. A vintage stamp from the Oasi Zegna wool mill completes the look and is color-coordinated with the bottle.
