The entire body is brushed on dry skin in about 5 minutes. Apply light pressure in long, even strokes, starting at the hands and feet and working toward the heart.

Legs:
Start at the front of the right foot and brush the leg upward toward the groin. Then brush the back of the leg from the sole of the foot upwards towards the buttocks.

Arms:
