1. Implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, programmable shunt valves and defibrillators may be affected by strong magnetic fields. Do not place the appliance close to persons who use such medical devices. Consult your doctor before using the appliance if you use any such medical device.
2. Credit cards and electronic storage media may also be affected by magnets and should be kept away from the appliance.

3. This appliance is not intended for use by children. The appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or reasoning capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, only if they have been given supervision or instruction by a responsible person concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
4. The appliance must only be supplied from a Listed/Certified USB power source with a rated current range from 500mA up to 3A rated 5V output (Safety Extra Low Voltage). Using a USB power source less than 3A current range/5V d.c. output may restrict performance and increase the charging time, especially if in use at the time. Using a non-listed/non-certified power source may result in a hazard.
5. Warning - The inflight 2 pin adaptor is for audio connection only. Do not plug into mains socket outlet, this may result in fire or electric shock risk.
6. To avoid hearing damage, do NOT use the appliance at a high volume for any extended period.
• Use the appliance at a comfortable, moderate volume level.
• Turn the volume down on your device before placing the appliance in/on your ears, then turn the volume up gradually until you reach a comfortable listening level.
7. The appliance achieves a tight seal over the ears so forcibly pressing them against your ears or quickly pulling them off can result in eardrum damage.
8. Do NOT use the appliance at any time in which the inability to hear surrounding sounds may present a danger to yourself or others e.g while riding a bicycle.
9. Focus on your safety and that of others if you use the appliance while engaging in any activity requiring your attention, e.g., while walking in or near traffic, a construction site or railroad, etc., and follow applicable laws regarding headphones use. Remove the appliance or adjust your volume to ensure you can hear surrounding sounds, including alarms and warning signals.
10. Use the appliance only for its intended use as described in your User manual. Do not use accessories (other than the charger) or attachments not manufactured by Dyson.
11. If the appliance is not working as it should, if it has received a sharp blow, if it has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, do not use and contact the Dyson Helpline.
12. The battery is non-user replaceable. If the appliance is not working as it should or has been damaged, do not use and contact the Dyson Helpline for further advice.
13. This appliance contains lithium-ion cells. The battery is a sealed unit and under normal circumstances poses no safety concerns. In the unlikely event that liquid leaks from the appliance, do not attempt to operate the appliance, do not touch the liquid as it may cause irritation or burns, and observe the following precautions:
• Skin contact – can cause irritation. Wash affected skin with soap and water.
• Inhalation – can cause respiratory irritation. Seek immediate medical attention.
• Eye contact – can cause irritation. Immediately flush eyes thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek immediate medical attention.
• Disposal – handle with care and dispose of in accordance with local ordinances or regulations.
14. Do not use a battery or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behaviour resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury. Do not expose the battery or the appliance to fire or excessive temperatures. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 60°C (140°F) may cause explosion.
15. Follow all charging instructions in the Dyson User manual. Do not charge the battery or appliance outside of the temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase risk of fire.
16. Any servicing must be performed by Dyson or an authorised service agent using only genuine Dyson replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the appliance is maintained. Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance.
17. Always unplug the appliance when not in use.
