Put socks on clean and dry feet. Optionally, cotton socks can be worn over them to ensure a secure fit and greater mobility. Leave on for 90-120 minutes, then wash feet with warm water.

Do not apply moisturizers for the next 7-10 days after application so as not to interrupt the peeling of dead skin layers.

Recommended application every 3 months.
