Use in the morning and evening before applying moisturizer. Take one pump (approx. 0.5 ml), apply to the face and neck, and massage in slowly as shown in the illustration.

1-minute massage technique:
STEP 1 Face & neck

• Apply to seven points (both cheeks, nose, forehead, chin, and neck) and massage gently into the skin.
• Massage into the neck area using circular movements.

STEP 2 Jawline

• Gently lift the chin and place the jawline between your thumb and index finger.
• Using a little pressure, slide your fingers along the jawline, starting at the chin and working up to the ears. (Repeat 3 times)

STEP 3 Laugh lines

• Place four fingers together and position your index finger along the laugh lines.
• With your palms flat, stroke upwards towards your temples and smooth out the laugh lines. (Repeat 3 times)
• Finally, gently press your temples.
