The ambrette seeds are harvested by hand on small plots in the tropical dry forests of northern Peru. Sun-dried, sifted, cleaned, and aired, they finally release floral and powdery accents as well as musk and amber notes.

Here, perfumer Marie Hugentobler brings out these rich and complex facets to their fullest. After a fresh and luminous opening of mandarin and angelica, the sensual and slightly sensual notes of ambrette unfold and settle with restraint and elegance in a base of sandalwood and ambroxan.
