For a long-lasting fragrance, spray 2 to 4 sprays directly onto the skin from a distance of approximately 15-20 cm. Body temperature helps the fragrance to develop optimally. In addition, perfume lasts much longer on the skin because the fragrance molecules attach themselves to the lipids, i.e., the fatty substances in the skin. If you have dry skin, it is also worth applying a rich lotion beforehand so that your favorite perfume lasts even longer.

Warm areas of the body and pulse points such as the inside of the wrists, the neck, between the breasts, or behind the earlobes are preferable. In winter, the décolleté is the ideal place to apply perfume for women, and the collarbone for men.

It is actually very important to apply perfume at the right moment: ideally right after showering. The pores are open and absorb the scent optimally.

Caution:
Perfume should never be rubbed into the skin, as this destroys the fragrance molecules. Avoid contact with the eyes, ears, and mucous membranes.

The basis for all these tips is the right storage location. Store the bottle in a dry, cool, and dark place. The bedroom closet is ideal for this. In the bathroom, on the other hand, the products lose their fragrance intensity more quickly due to constant temperature fluctuations. Sunlight is also a long-term odor killer.
