Apply to cleansed upper lashes and eyelids in the evening. With the felt tip of the precision applicator, draw a thin line along the base of the upper lashes (exactly where you would apply eyeliner) with your eyes closed. The product should not get into the eyes. Allow to air dry for a few seconds and repeat the process on the other eye. For maximum effect, it is recommended to apply in the evening to cleansed skin.
