Prepare lips for color with All About Lips. Twist the pencil only 1/8 of a turn (the pencil does not retract to prevent the formula from drying out when exposed to air). Follow the "dot-dot-line" method to ensure easy and accurate application: draw two dots on the arch of the upper lip, a line across the lower lip, and then connect all three. To extend the durability of the lip color, fill in the lips with the liner and then apply the lipstick.
