Start with clean, dry skin. Open the package and remove the protective film.

Place the hydrogel pad directly on your chin.

Pull the fabric strap upward and wrap it around your face. Secure it at the top of your head by overlapping the ends.

Leave the mask on for 20 minutes—or up to 4 hours for a more intensive treatment.

For best results, avoid applying rich or oil-based moisturizers beforehand, as these can cause the mask to slip.

Pro tip: For an extra burst of freshness, place the mask in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before use.
