Why the name Jicky? Aimé Guerlain had never forgotten his love for a young lady named Jicky and therefore dedicated one of his most wonderful perfume creations to her. And purely by chance, Jicky was also the nickname of his nephew Jacques. Jicky is presented in the iconic bottle with the inverted heart: designed in 1912 by George Chevalier as the quintessence of femininity, with a subtle fusion of straight lines and curves, harmoniously rounded shoulders, and a chiseled cap in the shape of an inverted heart.
