THE CREATION
Kelly Calèche is a nod to two objects that symbolize Hermès: the Kelly Bag and the calèche, the horse-drawn carriage that serves as Hermès' emblem. Kelly Calèche was created in 2007 by perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena. This "floral leather fragrance, as light as an angel's wings," is dedicated to the free, elegant woman whose masculine-feminine riding style does not take itself too seriously.
THE FRAGRANCE NOTES
The floral leather fragrance Kelly Calèche Eau de Toilette combines delicate rose notes with powdery mimosa notes and elegant vetiver to create a gentle caress.
THE OBJECT
Designer Philippe Mouquet adds playful details to the bottle, which is inspired by the lanterns of horse-drawn carriages of yesteryear: the metal plate and flap are key elements of the Kelly Bag clasp.
