Parfum d’Hermès was created in 1984 by perfumer Akiko Kamei, reinterpreted in 2000, and renamed Rouge Hermès. This eau de toilette celebrates one of the colors that has distinguished Hermès since 1934.

THE OBJECT
The bottle is inspired by the lanterns of horse-drawn carriages of yesteryear, and the black cap is reminiscent of the shape of a riding helmet. The fragrance's affiliation with the Parfums-Fondateurs collection is evident from the label on the back, which features a motif by Philippe Dumas.
