Angels’ Share is Kilian Hennessy’s most personal creation: a tribute to his heritage as an eighth-generation member of the Hennessy family and to the savoir-faire of cognac production. Inspired by the founder’s memories and the tradition of “la part des anges,” the fragrance captures the essence of aged cognac. The Fragrance: Just as a perfumer composes accords and essences, a cellar master blends the eaux-de-vie in perfect proportions to create an exceptional cognac. Angels’ Share contains the essence of cognac, extracted from the liqueur, which gives it its natural caramel color. The opening with cognac oil meets a composition of oakwood absolute, cinnamon essence, and tonka bean absolute.
