Use
Apply Lancôme Drama Liquid Pencil as close to the lash line as possible to achieve an even line. Gradually intensify the line to create a dramatic cat-eye or smokey eye look.
Use the tip of the pencil to fill in any gaps between the lashes.
Blend the eyeliner immediately after application if you want to create a soft smokey look, as the gel eyeliner formula is extremely waterproof and dries quickly.
