• Apply the eyeshadow directly to the Tinted Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base, to achieve full, long-lasting intensity.
• Use the 20 Allover Eyeshadow Brush to apply the lightest shade to the lid or brow bone for a light application, or layer the eyeshadow to achieve an intense effect.
• Apply the medium shade along the crease and outer corner of the eye to create dimension.
• Apply the shimmer shades with your fingertips to the center of the lid or inner corner of the eye to instantly brighten the eyes.
• To turn any eyeshadow color into eyeliner, spray the Push Eyeliner Brush #26 with water to moisten it. Tap it with your hand to remove excess water. Press the brush into the eyeshadow and remove the excess with your hand before applying the eyeliner. Press the color onto the lash line for precise application.
