Imperial Wood is the scent of Swedish country life. It is a revolutionary extrait de parfum that contains the highest concentration of aromatic compounds. The high concentration of the perfume is not the only reason for its uniqueness, but also its wonderful composition. For the first time, someone is working with natural cocoa scent and Indonesian agarwood, which is barely noticeable in most perfumes. The top notes include Damask rose, thyme, tobacco leaves, and a hint of woody-spicy saffron. The scent of incense speaks for itself, as do cardamom, cinnamon sticks, and tonka combined with vanilla and cocoa. All these magical scents are rounded off with a final touch of sandalwood. The base notes of the perfume consist of Indonesian agarwood, leather, and amberwood. Perfumer Ibrahim Al Zouabi was inspired by traditional 17th-century Swedish country life when composing Imperial Wood, especially by the feasts where cocoa cakes were baked with lots of cardamom and spices. Various spices and flowers were essential in Swedish society at that time. These ingredients were used on both happy and sad occasions.
