To shape your body according to your wishes, apply Le Sculpteur morning and evening to the relevant areas of the body until it is completely absorbed, using the following method of application:

1. STIMULATE the skin before applying the product:

• Tone your skin by pinching the affected areas with your fingertips.
• Using both hands clenched into fists, perform quick and intense back-and-forth and up-and-down movements.

2. Apply the product to SHAPE the silhouette

• On the legs, buttocks, and hips: Apply intense, energetic pressure with both hands, moving upwards towards the groin to promote drainage.
• On the stomach and waist: Use your fingertips to make deep, circular movements in a clockwise direction, one hand over the other, in a radius of 5-10 cm around the navel.
• On the upper arms: Apply intense, energetic pressure with one hand, moving upward toward the armpit.

The texture allows you to get dressed immediately after application.
