Apply twice daily as intensive care as part of a two-month treatment. To maintain the results, use once daily.

Step 1: Cross-body application: Start with your right hand flat on your left shoulder, stroke downwards across your décolletage between your breasts, then stroke around your right breast to below your other breast, tracing a figure of 8. Finish with an upward movement across the décolleté to the right shoulder. Repeat with your left hand starting from the right shoulder.
Step 2: Apply Phytobuste + décolleté with the flat of your hand, starting from the hollow between the breasts and stroking towards the shoulders.
Step 3: Finish by applying light pressure to the breasts and décolleté with the flat of your hand.
