Description
Solah Shringar is a 16-step ritual to prepare noble women in India for public events. Members of the Indian royal family were regarded as something between humans and deities, and so this ritual of adorning them with perfume and jewels transformed them into something like a superhuman presence. The name itself came from temple architecture and decorations and the image of a woman, once decorated as a perfect, sculpted goddess. The unique oud from South Asia used in this perfume is reminiscent of the scents that were diffused in those precious temples in India to create a sacred environment. The oud oil present in Carved Oud is of the highest quality.
