Apply sunscreen generously before sun exposure. Do not mix with other products. Applying too little significantly reduces protection. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, toweling off, or sweating. Protect babies and young children from direct sunlight and use sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (SPF greater than 25) as well as protective clothing. Even sunscreens with high SPFs do not provide complete protection against UV rays. Even when using sunscreen, do not stay in the sun for too long. Avoid intense midday sun. Excessive sun exposure poses a serious health risk.
