Use
The Lines Liberated Eyeliner Pencil features a highly pigmented and waterproof formula that can be applied in a single stroke thanks to its intense pigments.
To do this, place the ultra-precise 3-in-1 brush in the inner corner of the eye on the movable eyelid and apply outward in the desired intensity and thickness, blending if necessary. This technique can also be used to accentuate the lower waterline.
