Autry is an American footwear company founded in 1985 by Mike and Tom Autry. It is based in Dallas, Texas. Autry shoes were already very popular in the late 80s. In 1989, the brand launched its first basketball shoes under the name “Medalist”. High school athletes and trendsetters of their time wore Autry Action shoes for both sports and leisure.
