Under the name BALDESSARINI, named after the former Hugo Boss designer Werner Baldessarini, exclusive men's fashion "Made in Germany" has been produced since 1993. The label owes its internationally successful position in the premium segment not least to the pioneering cooperation with the cosmetics group Procter & Gamble: 2002 saw the launch of a fragrance and cosmetics line of the same name. Since 2011, the traditional German company Mäurer & Wirtz has been managing the DACH fragrance business.

Werner Baldessarini, the long-standing creative pioneer of Hugo Boss AG, has been active in the creative field for over 30 years. Among other things, he developed the luxury brand BALDESSARINI for the mature, stylish and cosmopolitan man with the highest demands. Since the departure of the native Tyrolean in 2007, the brand has been managed by Ahlers AG in Herford. After a realignment and a brand-strategic rejuvenation, the portfolio now comprises three collections: "Signature", "Black" and "Jeans". The men's fashion still impresses today, with its uncompromising quality and elegant materials. The modern look in blue shades is particularly on trend, which includes both elegant jeans and extra smart, narrow-cut suits made of fine new wool.

Charles Schumann, a Munich bartender institution and the distinctive advertising face of the fragrance line, embodies the brand's "Eau de Cologne" - a classic-fresh patchouli fragrance produced with the revolutionary Headspace technology. "Secret Mission", an expressive, aromatic composition of basil, lavender, cardamom, oud and cedar wood, was awarded the German fragrance prize "Prix de Beauté" by Cosmopolitan magazine and the "Red Dot" design award in 2013. The more recent development, "Nautic Spirit", interprets a primordial passion with maritime freshness and powerful spice: sailing on the vast expanse of the sea.

The brand's fashion, reduced to the essentials, is tailor-made for determined, successful men who show a high sense of style. BALDESSARINI fragrances are scents for men with character and for aesthetes - reflecting the brand slogan "Separates the Men from the Boys".
