1. Relax your forehead and frown lines:
   Vertical smoothing: Use both thumbs (one after the other) to smooth the skin from bottom to top. Horizontal smoothing: Use your index and middle fingers to smooth the lines by moving them perpendicular to the lines.
2. Smooth the frown lines: start on the right side. Use the tips of the index and middle fingers of each hand to make small movements perpendicular to the frown line, moving up and down at the same time, as if you were trying to pull it apart and smooth it out. Repeat the same movement on the left side.
3. Drain: Smooth the eye contours with your index and middle fingers by making alternating horizontal movements outwards with both hands. Repeat all movements on the other side.
