THE CREATION
Rouge Brillant Silky is inspired by the sheen of Hermès silk. Like a brilliant veil, this new lipstick coats the lips with delicate color, and its coverage can be modulated depending on the desired intensity. Gregoris Pyrpylis, Creative Director of Hermès Beauté, has designed a palette of sensual beige, radiant red, and subtle rosé shades.

THE TEXTURE
The delicately melting texture of Rouge Brillant Silky coats the lips like a light, pleasant veil of color. Its light to medium coverage allows you to vary the intensity: from a subtle, completely transparent color to a more intense result.

THE FORMULA
The hybrid formula, which combines makeup and skincare, contains up to 85% ingredients of natural origin and provides comfort and moisture as soon as it is applied. Based on plant oils and butters, it offers active ingredients that naturally care for the lips: an extract of raspberry leaves that moisturizes and plumps, an extract of sesame seeds that smooths and softens, plant-based crambe oil that nourishes and protects, and white mulberry. The fragrance, created by Hermès perfumer Christine Nagel, combines the delicacy of arnica, sandalwood, and angelica.

THE OBJECT
Pierre Hardy designed a sleek object with lacquered and brushed metal surfaces. The cap is decorated with the Hermès ex-libris. Rouge Brillant Silky is protected by a linen pouch in Rouge H, nestled in an orange box.

ETHICS
The Silky Shiny Lipsticks are refillable. Only the lipstick inside is consumable. Refills are available separately.

THE GESTURE
The fine, slanted shape of the lipstick allows for easy, instinctive, and generous application to the lips. Depending on the desired intensity of the makeup result, the Silky Shiny Lipstick can be applied in one or more layers.

THE RITUAL
For perfectly defined or lightly shaded lips, use the Trait d'Hermès lip liner before applying the Silky Shiny Lipstick.
