Apply the texture with your fingertips in small dabs all over your face, neck, and possibly your décolleté, and spread it out. Blend in with smoothing, circular movements from the inside out. Starting with the lower half of your face, circle upwards, then smooth out your facial features. Finally, even out your complexion with light pressure.
