The Balancing & Clarifying Serum reduces excess shine and helps minimize the appearance of enlarged pores, which are common in oily skin. It provides all-day hydration and strengthens the skin barrier to balance the skin’s oil and moisture levels, preventing the skin from drying out.

As part of our range of Multi-Active solutions, the Balancing & Clarifying Serum contains seven key technologies:

Sarcosine and L-carnitine:
Naturally occurring molecules that combat oily and shiny skin.

Polylysine:
A patented molecule with the same effect. It has a unique three-dimensional branched structure consisting of 48 naturally derived lysine amino acids.

Adenosine:
Minimizes pores and smooths the skin.

N-Acetylglucosamine (NAG):
An amino sugar that offers exfoliating properties similar to those of unbuffered acids. This helps combat clogged pores and achieve an even complexion.

Ectoin:
Protects the skin barrier against water loss and helps hydrate the skin. Ectoin is an amino acid derivative produced through the fermentation of ectoine—a naturally occurring molecule found in many bacteria that thrive in extreme conditions.

Lactococcus Ferment Lysate:
Supports the skin barrier. It is a mixture of fragmented molecules derived from the breakdown of the bacterium Lactococcus lactis.
