Apply 4 pumps of HY-ÖL® Cleanser to dry skin on the face, neck, and décolleté and massage in gently, then apply 2 pumps of Phyto HY-ÖL® Booster and spread evenly. Moisten fingertips with cool water and emulsify the cleanser in circular motions until a milky emulsion forms. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
