Protect Mode (ghd Max only): the ghd Max styler can protect itself against adverse events or power fluctuations. For safety the heaters will turn off, the ghd Max styler will emit a bleep and the light will flash white every five seconds. If this occurs un-plug and re-plug at the power supply and then re-start. 3. Fail safe: in the unlikely event of a control system error, for safety the heaters will turn off, the ghd styler will emit rapid bleeps and the light will flash red every 5 seconds.
